Quick Tip – How to Remove the Blogger Nav Bar

If you think the blogger nav bar is as unsightly as I do here’s how to hide it.

1. Login into the Dashboard

2. Click “Layout”

3. Click “Edit HTML”

4. Copy the code below and insert into your tag right before ]]>. You can use CRTL + F to find ]]>.

/* Remove the navigation bar —————————– */

#navbar-iframe {
height:0px;
visibility:hidden;
display:none;
}

5. Before saving before sure to “Preview” first.

6. If all looks good then save the changes.

To redo your changes just delete that code and save.

Check out these cool tools at Craftpolis. They offer a unique application for tracking your shop hearts and treasuries. My favorite tool of this app is the treasury clock. Use it to find out when the treasury opens back up. How cool is that!?! But hurry, pretty soon we won’t need the clock when Treasury East replaces the main treasury and treasury west.
