Which means that she operates her business as quickly, and smoothly, and by the policy timelines as she can. I, for one am super happy with my new designed typepad blog, and she communicated fast with me whenever I enquired on how the project was going. From start to finish it took the expected time as her design policy states, and with or without changes to buyers preferences this must also be taken into account.
